The best thing to eat when you don't know what to eat and you just need sweetness.

Maple Syrup.
Any kind is awesome.
You just squirt a little bit into a small bowl and eat it calmly.
Enjoy the sugary goodness.
But remember.
THIS IS VERY VERY BAD FOR YOU.
If you do this more than twice a year,
You'll probably be affected with chronic sugar rush.
It sucks.
But not while you're eating it.
